Chef Renaud earned a Michelin star at the critically acclaimed fine dining restaurant Fleur de Sel. At Bar Breton he showcases moderately priced contemporary Breton cuisine, including galettes (buckwheat crepes, filled with savory fillings), served in a cozy, rustic interior suitable for a wide variety of occasions.
